To be honest, you really can't beat this setup for a navy domi. The 425's have a 36km optimal with antimatter, which means in most missions you won't have to use anything else - falloff is enough to hit better than any other type of ammo out to about 50km. Since most missions have stuff starting at that distance, you can always put your guns on a far target while your drones kill the close stuff. Tank with good skills is more than enough - I used to run a similar setup on a regular domi, before the navy one came out (3 slot t2 tank was a bit light, but still able to run most missions).
Do note that you can always switch a cap flux coil for a tracking enhancer, if you are willing to sacrafice the cap. Also note that there is a drone scope chip - gardes will still hit out to 42km with just 1 omni - 48 with two, so you could also drop one of those for a tracking comp without sacraficing too much.
As for the 350mm setups... they have always lacked the range to be truly effective imo. They work... but you loose so much dps due to range, and you don't make up for that in tracking.

P.S. sending from droid takes so much longer than using a real computer...
